Enable partners to sell promo SKUs from Adobe

In this release, we have expanded support for Adobe’s promo or intro SKUs through the integration, offering more flexibility and clarity in subscription management.

The configuration is managed through the product profile auto-renewal settings. As part of this release, we support all the currently available promo or intro offers which are of two types:

  • Promo or intro offers with auto-renewal:
    • Promo or intro SKUs set to auto-renew will renew seamlessly to their corresponding non-promo SKUs upon contract term completion.
    • Post-renewal, the subscription will reflect the consolidated units of both promo and non-promo editions in the non-promo subscription.
  • Promo or intro offers without renewal:
    • Promo or intro SKUs configured without auto-renewal will expire naturally at the end of the contract term.
    • There will be no automatic renewal to any other SKU type post-expiry.

This enhancement ensures alignment with Adobe's unique business rules for promo and intro SKUs.
